Been using it for 4 months, it took a little time to get my head around it, however once I understood it - I realised the value was a lot higher than I originally perceived. All key client metrics have increased, lead to appointment %, Cost per appointment etc.. and subsequently close rate & CPA for my clients. Best AI conversationalism, natural, etc, but not only that, the support from these guys is phenomenal, They even spent time with me to do the basic log-in and set-up that pretty much anyone could do solo. It does exactly what it says it does and does it very well. Everything is easy to use and works as it should. I haven't yet encountered something I'd like to do with it that I haven't been able. There have been numerous times I've been stuck and have required assistance. Many small gym owners are usually in training when a lead comes in, this AI booking (or hand off to human)-system works to solve that issue. Been using it for 4 months, it took a little time to get my head around it, however once I understood it - I realised the value was a lot higher than I originally perceived. All key client metrics have increased, lead to appointment %, Cost per appointment etc.. and subsequently close rate & CPA for my clients. (My clients sell services at a 5-15k AOV across the board. extremely addictive to use. Tailoring the bot is easy & you can programme it in great depth. This SMS AI Bot is genuinely a game changer. It works incredibly well in majority of circumstances.
