2. Free Trial

2.1 AppointWise offers a 2-week free trial for new users. During this period, users can access all features of the Service without charge.

2.2 To initiate the free trial, users are required to provide valid payment details.

2.3 Users may cancel the free trial at any time. If not cancelled by the end of the 2-week period, users will automatically be moved to a paid subscription and charged accordingly.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Following the free trial, a subscription fee will apply to continue using the Service.

3.2 All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable UK consumer law.

3.3 AppointWise uses third-party payment processors for all transactions. By using our Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of these processors.

4. Termination

4.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings, but charges already incurred will not be refunded.

4.2 AppointWise reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if the user breaches these Terms or any applicable laws.

5. Data & Privacy

5.1 By using AppointWise, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 AppointWise implements security measures compliant with UK regulations to protect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppointWise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

6.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any major changes.

7.2 Your continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
